Great people and I am sure a great company for retail customers. My 3 star review score is as an investor. The retail pricing doesn’t work for investors and they won’t work with you on pricing. Still seeking a volume style investor oriented OKC/Norman plumber if anyone has any recommendations.

If you're looking for an honest, reliable and reputable plumbing company servicing the Norman area and your search on Google leads you to Veterans Plumbing Services then your quest is complete because they do great work and their communication via text message informing you of the plumbing techs ETA is top-notch leaving you worry free from thinking, are they coming today and at what time. I had them clear a clogged shower drain, replace and install a new toilet. Couldn't be happier. Their services are competively priced. Highly recommend 👌

I would have given this company 4-5 stars if I was not grossly overcharged. I am happy with the quality of work but that’s just a piece of the pie.
I contacted them because I had a leak coming from upstairs. The plumber arrived sooner than expected which was a plus and immediately diagnosed it as the seal being broken on the toilet.
He said it would be $350 to remove the toilet and fix the problem.
He removed the toilet and came back down and said “it needed a flange and that was an additional $350.
When I enquired about the $350 initial cost for the repair he said that was just to replace the wax ring and closet bolt. That did not include the flange and labor to replace the flange.
Additionally he stated it was $420 to replace the flange but he had given me a military discount of $70.
I had the work done because I had rushed home earlier to wait for a plumber who an hour and a half later was a no show and I just wanted to get it over and done with.
As a veteran, I try to support my local veteran businesses. This one I will not use in the future.
I was happy with the work done but the price was overboard.

I just bought a house, and the upstairs shower drain had a lot of buildup preventing the shower from draining properly. I did what I could to clear it myself, but it was so clogged up, I had to call a professional. The office assistant, Kyla, returned my call quickly and was very kind. David, the plumber, arrived within an hour after I called, was incredibly friendly, professional, and even patient about my barking dog, which I appreciate. Most importantly, he resolved the issue quickly and it didn’t cost me a fortune!

Had a slab leak while away on a deployment in Germany. Shannon answered all my questions & even gave me a quote over the phone. While other companies were trying to over charge me. They gave me such a reasonable price that I just couldn’t say no to. I will keep doing business with them in the future. I highly recommend!

The dispatcher was helpful. She advised either David or Tyler would arrive between 430 and 6:30 PM. And, since this was a recurring problem, that they would have a camera to investigate the sewer line. Tyler showed up shortly after 5 PM. His preliminary inspection showed only stool. After using the camera to inspect the pipeline, he found that there were two "bellies" in the line before the intersection with the main line. He found the connection after the main line had become disconnected, and that there were plant roots at that location. He told us that the sewer line would probably have to be dug up and redone in order to ensure a smooth flow of gray water from our townhome to the main sewer line. In the meantime of course we have limited use of plumbing and water supplies. He told us to refrain from putting any toilet paper into the system. We appreciate Courtney's (at BHHS) prompt action on our urgent request, and Veteran Plumbing Services' thorough investigation of the problem. We hope that the situation can be resolved soon, so we may return to normal bathroom and hygiene and cooking activities. Five stars for the way it was handled and the professionalism of the inspection.
Now all we need is for the owner of the unit to see that it is in his or her best interests to ensure that the townhome that we have invested time, energy, and money into as our new home is habitable, up to code, and has indoor plumbing that works and doesn't back up into the bathtub when you use a plunger to try to clear the toilet. I have photos, but you wouldn't want to see them, and neither would I.
